Began with concerns about the industry after experiencing work in this field for over a decade. All of the working system become saturated, the autopilot system put an unqualified worker who is lacking of using rational thinking get in charge, has an obsolete working plan, a SOP that is never been updated and heavily reliant on themes or templates for doing their job. Everything gets so bland that there is no longer any space for passion and originality. People become mindless robots in this toxic and anti-critical workplace, so we thought it would be a good idea to start a company that does things that are more “human”, genuine and enjoyable, anything that makes people thrilled to work and shows that enjoyment in their work.
